Besides writing for philharmonic halls and opera composer Enjott Schneider appreciates being able to offer an impressive number of chamber music: unusual ideas can be realized like in a research laboratory - in a climate of freedom and maximum individuality.

Choir / Vocal

Singing is the direct expression of the human soul and connects us with the origins of music, with all sounds of nature, with the jubilant chant of the birds. Especially the music for choir is the language of the Universe, because here the community stands above the individual.

Sacred Music is more than music for catholic or protestant services: all serious forms are leading to hidden secrets, to a transcendental world behind reality. Not only choir and vocals are here important, but also the church organ: 16 large Organ Symphonies were dedicated to this ‚Queen of instruments'.

Nine full-length works from chamber opera like SALOME PRINZIP to large opera like MARCO POLO or SIGNALMAN THIEL. The concept behind is „bringing Cinema to the stage": a thrilling storytelling with orchestra, singing, acting, pictures & dancing - a synthesis of arts.

Film Music

Enjott is mainly composer for concert halls, opera houses and churches. So he wrote his first opera „Salome-Prinzip" in 1982 before he ever composed a filmscore. But 1985-2010 he was successful as film composer for movies, TV and documentaries .....and won a remarkable range of German and international awards.
