Press reviews for world premiere: Königsteiner Woche vom 14.10.2010: ... absolutely a unique experience. Same is also valid for tailor's work "black I am, however, nicely..." "the round dance to Mahanaim" and "Strongly like the death is the love" three sentences which set to music the Bible text of the mysterious Salomo ascribed "high song of the love". As "glowing fireworks of the senses, an allegory of the mystic union of the soul with God" Augustinus and other saw again the work and all this was reflected very authentically in Schneider'suse of sound. Clear nevertheless warmly surging organ sounds followed the introduction with strong strokes of the bow of the cello. One in spite of all breaks, unusual timbres and surprises of "modern" composition in spite of are "Danses sacrées" still very well durchhörbar, for the listeners right away understandably. An enrichment of the music life can become this original composition with certainty which one can only wish other performances and which was recompensed - also for the composer - with long persistent applause. Frankfurt new press: The premiere of Enjott Schneider's of 3-part dance suite "Sulamith. Danses sacrées" lent additional shine to the artistically high-quality evening. Besides, the figure of the Sulamith embodied the addressee of the dear poems of the king Salomon as well as the victims of the extermination of the Jews of the National Socialists in Paul Celan "death joint" (Ulrich Boller)
